Inside Sales Coach Telefluent Communications Inc, the sales lead generation office for Renewal by Andersen, is looking for an Inside Sales Coach. The Coach will perform the following job responsibilities: Hands-on and in the moment assistance with appointment setting Coaching and encouraging and guiding staff to meet activity goals. Assist staff to deliver the methodology. Encourage staff to recognize selling opportunities and buying clues. Performs moderate level supervisory work coordinating the operations of a call-service team. Compensation & Benefits Pay for performance is a salesperson’s greatest compensation motivator! Our compensation plans reward solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity for performance bonuses. In addition, we offer a full complement of employee benefits including health, dental, vision, life, 401k, and more! Base of $30k, plus bonus. Possible to make $50-$75k total compensation. Qualifications Previous call center coach or supervisor in an Inside Sales Center A proven track record of closing sales. A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivation and results orientation. Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member. Excellent communication and phone skills. A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task. Desire and ability to work in an inside sales center environment. Job Type: Full-time
