Milad Kinsey, PT, DPT, OCS

Hello, I'm Dr. Milad Kinsey, PT, DPT, OCS. I am the clinic director and a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Highbar Physical Therapy’s Worcester clinic.

I am Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist specializing in orthopedics, sports injuries, post-surgical care, and spine care. I completed an Orthopedic residency in 2024 with Highbar. I also hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy from MCPHS (2023) and a Bachelor of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2020).

I am certified in Level 1 Dry Needling and I'm also a member of the APTA. I am passionate about helping patients regain optimal function, whether it’s returning to sports or daily activities without pain.

I also enjoy spending time with family and friends and I'm also an avid sports fan, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and Tottenham Hotspur.

In my free time, I love to travel and try new places to eat.
