Mr. Lacrosse is a Senior Project Coordinator with Pareâs Environmental Division - prior to pare, he served as assistant Director of Planning for the City of Waltham. Mr. Lacrosse recently joined Pare to serve those at the local level in many capacities given his background in a wide range of fields within the public sector. His experience and knowledge bring a broad range of support that includes public procurement, park/playground site design and development, construction inspection, construction management, permit review, site plan review, OPM Services, project management, environmental monitor and almost a fifteen-year DSB member (Vice to the Chair).
