Erin Moran McCormick is the Founder of TheInspireLab.ai, helping organizations build AI-ready teams through practical, people-first training that turns AI from overwhelming to practical and usable the same day. A former CIO and employee #1 who helped grow a proptech startup from idea to a multimillion-dollar company, she has led Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers at Babson College and UMass Boston, holds certificates from MIT and Stanford, and is the author of Year of Action. Erin has developed programs for companies such as Amazon and Comcast, and is a sought-after speaker at venues including Harvard and KPMG, as well as host of The Inspire Lounge podcast. A proud Worcester native and Doherty High alum, she was honored as a Distinguished Alumni and was awarded the Key to the City.
