Grace Sterling

Grace has more than 28 years of experience in various operations and quality improvement positions. She has held roles in RN Clinical Director, Case Management, Quality Improvement, Infection Control, Volunteer Coordinator and in nursing management positions. Grace graduated from Quinsigamond Community College with an associate degree in nursing. She then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Worcester State University. She began her work career in the long-term care / rehabilitation field before transitioning into hospice care, home care, higher education and behavioral health. Grace has committed herself to the profession of a registered nurse which gives her unique insight with regards to quality management, operations, labor management, accreditation and regulatory compliance. She has overseen daily operations in long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, hospice care, and home health care.
