Renee Lancia is the Director of Sales for Homewood Suites by Hilton Downtown Worcester. She began her hospitality career with First Bristol Corporation in 2009 in the Providence, RI market and has spent the last two years leading the sales efforts at Homewood Suites Worcester in Washington Square. With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality sales, marketing, and business development, Renee is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting local businesses, and connecting visitors with everything Worcester has to offer.

In addition to her role at Homewood Suites Worcester, Renee supports digital marketing and content initiatives for First Bristol Corporation, helping promote the company's hospitality, commercial real estate, and development projects throughout New England. She is committed to fostering partnerships that strengthen the local business community and contribute to the continued growth of Worcester.
