Yin Yoga Sound Bath
Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience combining the gentle practice of Yin Yoga with the soothing sounds of a Sound Bath. This event is open to all levels, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you're welcome to join us.
Donations will go towards CASA Project Worcester County (CASA) Court Appointed Special Advocates a national association in Worcester County that supports and promotes court-appointed advocates for abused and neglected children.
During the Yin Yoga portion, we'll focus on deep stretching and relaxation to help release tension and improve flexibility. The Sound Bath will further enhance your experience by using sound waves to promote healing and relaxation.
