Holden, MA – September 2024 – Oriol Health Care is excited to announce that Nathan Oriol, Director of Finance and Administrator of Oriol Home Health, has been selected as a Future Leader by the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL). This prestigious honor recognizes Nathan’s exceptional leadership and his dedication to advancing long-term and post-acute care services.

Nathan will participate in the AHCA/NCAL’s Future Leaders program, a year-long initiative that fosters leadership development for long-term care professionals. He will undergo extensive training and mentorship, culminating in a two-day symposium in Washington, DC, where participants will engage in discussions on quality management, customer satisfaction, and leadership development.

Nathan’s journey at Oriol Health Care began at age 16, and he has since worked his way up, serving as Administrator at Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center from 2013 to 2022. He currently holds the positions of Director of Finance for Oriol Health Care and Administrator of Oriol Home Health. Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire and completed his Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration at Assumption University in 2023.
